1.
Upload Portfolio
1. Click
Portfolio on main menu and then select upload. You will then be displayed with the
"My Portfolio" page. This will allow you to add, renew, edit and delete portfolios.
2. To
add a new portfolio, select the "Add New Portfolio" link. You can then select
your required portfolio layout, upload your logo, include relevant search keywords about
your portfolio, select the sector that your work relates to, upload your portfolio,
and upload your http link enables users to upload web-pages or files from other
web servers.
Below shows the four available layouts that you can use to present your project
portfolio, which includes a mix of files and images.
File types are limited to the file extensions in the dropdown listbox.
Layout 1 (one large image)

Layout 2 (five small images)

Layout 3 (five files)
Layout 4 (two files and three small images)
3. You
can upload a logo using the logo textbox to represent your work. Use this form of
promotion to attract users to view or sample your work.
4. Upload an http link using the http link textbox to specify a url/link to an external
file e.g http://www.myotherwebsite.com/myfile.pdf. You will need to select a representable
file type for the link you wish to upload, which may be streaming a video, so you
will specify avi - video clip.
Using the http link means that you are able to display more of your own work which
users can reference, particularly if you are using limited space on GazeThru.com.
The http link does not count towards your server space (i.e. the 1MB, 10MB
and 100MB limits available to free, standard and premium members respectively).
Note that your server space limit remains even after the expiry of your paid membership
(e.g. upgrading to premium membership entitles you to 100MB limit even after the
expiry of the membership). You can upload as many portfolios up to your maximum server space limits.
5. To
complete your portfolio upload, click Submit Portfolio button.
NB:
Portfolios are uploaded automatically. GazeThru reserves the right at any time to remove portfolios that are misleading; non representative of GazeThru’s mission or
inappropriate to our viewers. Any form of pornographic material is strictly forbidden.
6. For every portfolio uploaded, your account will present this as a table. The table lists the Portfolio ID, Title, Status of Authorisation and Date Posted. Members
can edit or delete uploaded portfolios by clicking the "Edit/Delete" link.
NB: Confirmation of your upload is sent to your email account.

Upload Career/Job Opportunities
As a paying
member (standard/premium), you can advertise unlimited career/job opportunities
on gazethru.com. Opportunities that can be uploaded on this section of the website
can be in the form of jobs, auditions, grants/funding, business/investment schemes,
training/workshops and seminars/conferences .
1. Click
Career/Jobs on main menu and then select upload. You will then be displayed with the
Add New Job page. This will allow you to add, renew, edit and delete jobs.
2. To
add a new job, select the "Add New" link. You can then select your required job
field. The fields available are: Title, description, your reference (numeric
or alpha numeric), location, start
date, salary, duration of which are mandatory fields.
You can specify the opportunity type and the applicable sector.
3. To
complete your career/job opportunity upload, click Submit Job button.
NB:
Career/Jobs are uploaded automatically. GazeThru reserves the right at any time to remove uploads
that are misleading; non representative of GazeThru’s mission or inappropriate to
our viewers. Confirmation of your upload is sent
to your email account.
Opportunities
can be uploaded by paying members only.
4. For
every career/job uploaded, your account will present this as a table. The table
lists the Job ID, Title, Reference, Expiry Date. Members can edit or delete uploaded
opportunities by clicking the "Edit/Delete" link.
NB: Confirmation of your upload
is sent to your email account.

3. Upload Banner Advert
As a Premium
member, you can upload Banner Advert to advertise your product/service and be at
the forefront of many eyes that use GazeThru.com. Users can click on your advert to direct them
straight to your website, particularly essential for those holding a campaign or
that wish to be a sponsor on GazeThru.com.
1. Logon
to your membership account and select My Banner Advert from the menu.
2. On
the My Banner Advert page you can click the active link add, renew, edit and delete.
3. There are four pages on gazethru.com that banner ads can be added - Front page, Portfolio,
Career/Job Opportunities and Chat. On
the add banner advert page, select the required page you want the advert to be displayed
from the drop down list box and then proceed to add the following: Title, URL and
Logo. Only one advert can be submitted at any one time per premium membership. Below is a screenshot of
the front page with the scrolling banner-ad on the right.

4. Chat
Use the Chat Rooms to promote your work or hold important and interesting discussions. This
section of the website is aimed at improving interactivity and collaboration amongst
creative and innovative members.There are two forms available, Main and Exclusive Chat Room.
1. To
obtain access to the Main Chat Room, you need to be at least a Free member with
an uploaded portfolio. Accessible to Standard/Premium members only
is the Exclusive Chat Room. The chat rooms are accessible when you log into your membership
account.
2. To enter a chat room, select chat from the menu and enter a username for either the Main or Exclusive Chat Room.
3. Now
you have entered your username, select your Chat Room session, and then you will be
transferred to the Room session to chat with other members.

5. Forum
Forum is another essential promotional and communication facility used to promote
or market a cause, for example to name a few are event/workshop/audition/interview, item, service or research.
Use forum to post and read messages from a wide range of topics from various categories or sectors. The first
layer of the Forum page displays all available topics. On clicking the topic, members
are directed to all posts under that topic.
1. Free members can search on topics and select specific categories/sectors of interest in order to read posts. Free members need to have uploaded a portfolio
to obtain this read access. Free members can post messages onto a topic
if "Enable All Posts" is set to True.
2. Standard/Premium members can do all of the above as well as post messages.
3. Premium members have moderator access privileges (i.e. start/close topics and
restrict/enable free members' abilities to post). If you set "Enable All Posts"
to true, all members (inc free members) will be able to post messages to your topic.
Setting it to false restricts postings to standard/premium members. Set "Status(Open)"
to false to close your topic.
